Use:

1. Cleanse your skin thoroughly.
2. Remove the mask from the package and apply it to your face from the center to the edges of your face.
3. Relax for about 20 minutes. Remove the mask and gently massage in the serum left on the skin.
4. If necessary, treat the skin with a cream or emulsion. The mask is designed for single use and does not wash off.
5. Use the mask 3-4 times a week.
Note. For a cooling effect, put the mask enclosed in the package just before use for a couple of minutes in the freezer. For a warming effect, put the mask enclosed in the package for 2-3 minutes in hot water.
